QA Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform testing for iWin.com web apps, download manager, download games and internal tools
- Identify and report defects, follow-up on them through resolution
- Debugging using testing tools and debug output/log files
- Work closely with the development team on features from implementation to release
- Create test plans, write and execute test cases based on product requirement documents
- Communicate regularly with the team, and provide daily reports on project status

Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience testing web-based applications
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and MySQL
- Experience creating test plans, writing and executing test cases
- Experience with automated testing is a plus
- Strong English language skills, particularly in written communication
(This position will require reading technical documents, writing test cases, and reporting bugs clearly.)
- Demonstrates analytical thinking, strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and handle multiple projects in a very fast-paced environment
- Solid PC experience (XP, Vista).  Mac experience is not required, but also a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
