We are looking for smart, honest creative, enthusiastic, and devoted people eager to provide QA/QC Consulting.
The successful candidate, if being committed to the Quality Assurance and Consulting activities, has all chances to build and lead own team of QA/QC Experts.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Assessing the QA/QC processes and defining areas to improve
• Developing and planning a Test Strategy
• Designing and implementing QA processes and QA infrastructure
• Cooperating with internal groups such as Product Management, Engineering and Support to improve the overall offering as well as helping to resolve critical customers’ issues
• Establishing, tracking, and reporting the QA support metrics
Desirable Responsibilities:
• Building, managing, and mentoring the QA team (Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies)
• 7+ years of the IT experience in Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of the QA testing methodologies plus experience in the software development and test automation
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams providing development, marketing, and support to ship a quality product on schedule
• Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing). Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent follow through skills
• Project management and coordination skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude. Taking initiative and inviting responsibility; feeling comfortable in an unstructured and dynamic environments
• Leadership experience in building and managing QA Teams
Personal Characteristics:
• A passion for building a world class QA Experts team and accomplishing great things
• An assertive, entrepreneurial, and get-it-done attitude
• A desire to work hard and play hard
