Job Requirements:
- Experience of test management working to tight and strict deadlines.
- Test planning, test execution and test incident/defect management, performance testing and the use of automated testing tools.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and both written and verbal communication skills.
- Working in UNIX environments.
- Knowledge in administering Virtual Machines (VMWare, Hyper-V, Xen) will be a plus
- Understanding of networking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Testing Deliverables are delivered on time to high quality.
- Managing the test team in their activities including Test Design and Test Execution.
- Planning and Estimating activities for the team according to quality/project objectives.
- Ensure that appropriate Traceability is implemented and maintained.
- Providing regular progress reporting of the testing and on the quality of the application under test.
- Identify, capture, resolve or escalate risks, issues and assumptions.
- Participate in managing the schedule of planned software releases in accordance with project priorities, deadlines
and business impact.
- Interact with software development team and other cross-functioning teams to assess product testability.
