Qa team lead (platform) ( Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk)

Magento, Inc., an eBay Company (X.Commerce) is looking for QA Team Lead (Platform) to work on the full-time basis in our office

Required skills:
• 6+ years QA experience testing complex software systems
• 3+ years QA team leadership
• Good knowledge of QA practices and software development methodologies
• Experience in writing software testing documentation
• Excellent communication skills and high level of English is a must
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills (be able to provide root cause analysis)
• Leading and tutoring skills, ability to educate new employees, Junior QA’s
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in testing web-applications
• Experience with load, security, automation testing
• Programming languages knowledge (any of PHP/Python/Java and Javascript) and some development experience
• Familiarity with source control tools

Main responsibilities:
• Planning, organization and coordinating QA process
• Requirements analysis, test planning and test design
• Communicating with the project stakeholders to prioritize work to be done
• Communication with development team
• Provide current project’s status and estimations
• Task delegating and task execution control
• Prepare and keep up to date internal documentation
