Key Duties Include:
- Create QA checking methods, procedures and processes from scratch
- Manage all QA testing for a various different projects
- Ensure that the QA team is delivering to schedule
- Work in Agile project management format with other teams
- Train and develop staff, and conduct quarterly personal development reviews
- Provide risk analysis reports to senior management
- Ensure all projects are released to the highest quality, in terms of
bugs and user experience
- Recruit and manage internal QA team
- Manage any external outsourced QA
Desirable Requirements:
- 3+ year experience in software automated testing
-Knowledge of popular automation tools (QTP, TestComplete, Selenium, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile test methodologies
- Experience of continuous development with regular releases
- Scripting or coding experience
- Fluent English
