QA Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead a group of 3+ people;
• Review and understand system requirement on business and technical levels;
• Analyze system implementation and compliance to above mentioned requirements;
• Write and maintain detailed system and customer test descriptions documents (STP, STD, ATP) using known testing techniques;
• Lead testing activities (design, execute, manage and control) of developed system in a high technology environment both in the factory and especially in the customer’s site;
• Analyze and report test progress and results, using test management tools;
• Install and configure system machines under tests;
• Lead coach and train test engineers or the customer both on professional and technical subjects;

Required skills:
• B.Sc in Software/Electronic Engineering, or Computer Science (at least);
• At least 4 years of experience in IT;
• At least 3 years of experience in testing complex systems (test design, execution and reporting)
• Good knowledge and understanding of testing process, methodology and product life cycle with the ability to perform testing audits to vendors;
• Experience in performing and managing tests with customers on-site;
• Experience with tools and environment utilization and implementation;
• Strong technical background with wide system perspective and in-depth analysis capabilities;
• Proficient technical English (both written and verbal);
• Special technologies knowledge: Internet, Mobile Telecom, HTML/IT/NW and sniffing tools, Linux admin, Oracle, SMPP and SNMP;
• Basic knowledge in signaling SS7, CAP3;
• Ready to work in intensive and challenging surrounding;
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills – team player;
• Multi cultural work experience;

Desired skills:
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
• Ability to developing or executing automated test scripts and tools – an advantage.
