Purpose of the position
The Reach Out Manager is responsible for keeping in regular contact with existing customers and assisting to Sales Manager in getting contacts with new ones.
Responsibilities
- Maintain e-mail subscription
- Ensure clients` feedbacks
- Work with database and keep it up to date
Required skills
- IT literate (background in Internet products)
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Previous work experience in IT company is a big plus
- Fluent English is a must, knowledge of German would be a great advantage
