Responsibilities:
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using resume databases and networking
- Present and discuss the Client company and job details with potential qualified candidates
- Assisting in arranging interviews for qualified candidates with Client companies
- Assist Recruiters with selecting the best Candidates for the Clients
Requirements:
- Good oral and written English
- Prior experience working/studying in the USA is preferred
- Availability to work night shift from 11 pm - 8 am Kiev time
- Quiet home office and a personal laptop (we cover the internet fee)
- Effective computer skills using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work in team
- Flexibility
