Recruitment specialist

Multinational company (retail) is looking for a Recruitment Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- participating in forecasting of personnel recruitment needs and establishing of the prospective candidates’ reserve
- rendering assistance to managers and providing support while drafting job description
- participating in the process of personnel recruitment and participating in interviews with prospective candidates at store level
- exercising control in order to check whether new employees are duly integrated into existing team
- cooperating with recruitment agencies

Requirements:
- university degree
- experience in recruitment from 2 years
- good knowledge of all recruitment tools and methods
- knowledge and application of labour legislation
- upper-intermediate level of English
