Requirements: Full knowledge and experience in the application of professional project management methodologies is essential An international professional recognized PM certificate, such as PMi, would be desirable, but not mandatory Good knowledge of civil work Excellent interpersonal communication skills MBA/Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent Effective negotiation skills Excellent management and budget control skills Good Client Management and Relationship Management skills Gender: Male Age: 26-32 Education: Telecommunication/IT/Technical Work Experience: min 3 years in Telecom Industry in project management Fluent English Responsibilities: Assist to department manager to deal with all the turnkey business Management of turnkey projects by establishing the project team and implementing telecom network projects in Ukraine Overall project management including client relationship and vendor management, nad managing the project Schedule, Budget and Quality End-to-end management of projects including all aspects of Project Planning, Project Implementation, Project Control, and final delivery of projects meeting customer expectations of Time, Quality and within Budget As the project lead, and in the capacity of Senior Project Manager, aggressively participate and contribute as a key person of the Regional PMO to provide project management consultation and training to junior staff members As the project lead, and in the capacity of Project Manager, work collaboratively with Account Manager and Marketing Manager to develop strategies and specific approaches to be able to identify sales opportunities during project implementation Strategic management of Human Resources
