Objectives:

Participation in Resource Management
Participation in Competence & Training Management
Participation in Company business improvement
Support of internal Company brand


Responsibilities:

Participation in Development of Resource management and Competence Management frameworks
Participation in Effective process resource requests
Searching the information and responding to requests
Preparation of reports


Requirements:

Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications
Proven IT background
Solid analytical skills, ability to work with company human resources
Managerial, problem-solving, risk management skills as a plus
Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, effective listening and persuasion skills in order to initiate and develop productive working partnerships at all levels of an organization
Strong interpersonal skills, team player
Fluent English
Strong PC skills
