Radisson Blu Hotel in Kiev is looking for a qualified person for the position of
Restaurant Manager to join our upscale, upbeat international hotel chain.
Main Responsibilities:
• Supervises the restaurant staff
• Ensures that guests receives quality service by providing work direction for
restaurant staff
• Insures that restaurant premises are in neat and proper condition at all times
• Provides guests with quality service by monitoring staff assignments
Performs all service duties of the restaurant
• Coaches staff to achieve restaurant revenue goals
• Greets and seats guests, and makes sure that they receive prompt, courteous and
efficient service
• Ensures readiness and compliance among all staff
• Utilizes supervisory skills, effective communication, and motivation to maximize
employee productivity and satisfaction
Main Requirements:
• 2 years of work experience as a supervisor/manager of a restaurant
• fluent English is a must;
• great communication and interpersonal skills;
• tactful, diplomatic;
• highly punctual;
• high level of self-organization and responsibility;
• ability to work in a big team and learn quickly.
