Ruby / python developer

What we are looking for

We are expanding our core engineering team and are looking for Python developer with web skills to help develop our product. We're a small team so this would be a great fit for candidates that thrive in an independent environment and have a high degree of ownership in their results.
Detailed responsibilities
creating, testing, debugging and documenting new application code;
reviewing, analyzing and modifying existing applications code;
troubleshooting, identifying problems and resolving bugs efficiently.

Required skills
excellent programming skills in Ruby and/or Python;
experience building consumer web applications;
strong understanding of OOP programming techniques and design patterns;
experience and proficiency with web standards, CSS-based design, and cross-browser compatibility;
good communication skills;

Desired skills
Javascript/HTML/CSS coding skills;
familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and site performance optimization;
interaction/application experience with Facebook;
working experience/familiarity with Amazon EC2;
working experience with Google App Engine;
working experience with JSON;
working experience with Django framework or equivalent;
quick learners / self-starters are preferred.

English level
Intermediate / Upper-intermediate
