- knowledge of sales specifics in outsourcing services and software development;
- ability to understand the client’ business needs and their challenges;
- ability to offer decisions basing on the company’s experience and previous practice;

- technical background is desirable;
- excellent communication skills;
- fluent English; German is an advantage.

- search of the potential clients;
- preparation of the commercial offer for the clients and negotiations.
