NetCracker Technology Corp., a large software development company and one of the world’s most respected TOMS (Telecommunications Operations and Management Solutions) companies, has an opening for:

Field Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop a Sales Plans;
- Identify and evaluate prospective accounts and develop new sales;
- Build on already-established customer relationships;
- Meet the business needs of accounts by being in constant communication;
- Resolve important customer issues and escalate to senior management when required;
- Successfully negotiate contracts with accounts;
- Lead sales campaigns and participate in presentations;
- Maintain an accurate sales forecast;
- Consistently and effectively communicate with Sales Management and build/maintain strong working relationships with all other departments.

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry;
- Successful experience using strategic selling skills;
- Proven success cold calling potential accounts;
- Developed strategic sales skills;
- Strong telecommunications knowledge;
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of the global telecommunications marketplace;
- Results oriented;
- Aggressive, assertive, persuasive;
- Fluency in English and good German;
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Ability to lead and also work as part of a team to solve complex technical problems and work with accounts in complex environments;
- Ability & willingness to spend up to 80% of time travelling abroad;
- Good visa records in Schengen zone.
