Sales Manager in Kazakhstan

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be able to maximize the profitable sales volume in Kazakhstan, while cooperating with the marketing in developing and implementing a strategy in line with the company vision to meet the needs of the market.

The successful candidate will be able to:
- Constantly achieve sales objectives across the promoted product portfolio and deliver the financial objectives
- Build and maintain dynamic sales force, through effective recruitment and adaptation processes, aimed at enhancing company‘s image, competitiveness and success in the market
- Define, implement, and follow indicators to analyse performance, activity and profitability in order to manage sales force activity properly
- Manage the development and implementation of sales tactical plans consistent with the global business strategy aimed at maximizing sales and profitability objectives of all products
- Actively participate in tenders to develop new contracts and new partnerships
- Ensure the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods and tools

In respect of the candidate profile:
- University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy, MBA is a benefit
- 30-50 years old, but will not limit the search by this range
- Russian fluent, English fluent (upper intermediate level).
- Have a strong and successful previous experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferably Rx) in Sales management position (Field Force Manager, National Sales force, Regional Sales Manager) with minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Successful experience in Marketing positions (Marketing or Product Manager) preferably in Rx is a plus.
- Successful participation in tenders
- Impressive sales skills along with sales process improvement orientation, excellent industry and competitor’s knowledge is a must
- The person should have excellent communication/relationship building capacity, convincing negotiation and presentation skills, trained problem solving expertise and team working ideas for win-win solutions
- The person should be independent, a self-starter, a business developer, have a strong analytical background
