• Analyzing the necessity of coaching the sales team
• Development the training business plan for the co-workers and dealers
• Training conducting for the field force and office personnel on the products and sales technique
• Handling the assessment procedure on the training and received skills efficiency
• Preparation of the analytics and reports on the results
REQUIREMENTS:
• University Degree
• 2+ years of the relevant experience on the sales trainer position
• Portfolio of training materials in availability
• Readiness for frequent business trips (70%)
• Good English (Upper-Intermediate level)
• Confident PC user
• Excellent communication and presentational skills
• Self-organized and systematic
