IT outsourcing company specializing in nearshore software development in Ukraine is looking for
Scrum Master to join Kiev team on full-time basis.

Основные требования:
- Опыт разработок с использованием .Net технологий от 3 лет
- Опыт разработки коммерческих приложений на платформе .Net
- Agile Scrum
- Знания методологий и опыт проектирования программного обеспечения
- Знания Web Services; DHTML, Ajax, JavaScript, XML, HTML/CSS, WPF, Silverlight, WCF, WF, Prism, SQL server
- JQuery/Prototype.js
- ASP.NET MVC / Castle Monorail
- NHibernate / Castle ActiveRecord
- разговорный английский;
- опыт работы с зарубежными заказчиками.
Professional competences:
• Test case development
• Experience as Scrum master / team lead for agile teams
• Very good technical specification skills / communication on a technical level
• Excellent Project manager skills - width professional digital dev project experience
• Experience with Test requirements analysis
• Test design and planning
• Experience with Magento
• Familiar with following formal project models
• Experience with database technologies (SQL querying and scripting)
Personal qualities:
• Working well autonomously, without close supervision
• Can take responsibility in a constructive way
• Team player
• Highly developed communication skills, both toward co-programmers and project manager
• Committed to timely delivery of quality results
• Innovative in his/her work
