Securities services back office specialist

Requirements:

MUST:
- Fluent English (spoken and written),
- Experience in securities services (settlements)
DESIRABLE:
- banking experience
CHARACTER:
Hardworking, detailed, precise, responsible, client oriented

Duties:
- Processing incoming instructions; inputting into OmniIC, B2, MFS, OVDP; pre-matching with other custodians;
- Arranging payments and foreign exchange transactions;
- Reconciling the invoices issued by the foreign / Ukrainian depositories as well as monthly internal reconciliation;
- Completing end of month procedure (preparing monthly invoices and end of month file, sending out the invoices);
- Completing Service Level Agreements;
- Reporting to the state authorities;
- Custody customers support;
- Corporate actions back up (dividend payments, additional shares issue, AGMs/EGMs)
