Senior asp.net\mvc developer

We are looking for candidate for position of Senior ASP.NET\MVC Developer to get the full time job in Kiev office.

Core Skills
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Software Developer at an Internet focussed company.
• Ability to develop and own application features, individual tasks in order to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Be aware of software engineering process such as configuration and release management.
• Ability to understand technical subjects, emerging technologies and relevance to the marketplace.
• Ability to interact with technical and non-technical people.

Required Skills
• Understanding of at least one iterative development process is essential.
• High level knowledge of the .Net Framework, ASP.Net MVC, and the C# language.
• Understanding of best practice advanced OO methodology and design patterns.
• Ability to take ownership of areas and proactively drive improvements.
• Good SQL Server/T-SQL skills.
• JQuery.

Desirable Skills
• Experience on enterprise level solutions.
• Experience of Agile projects would be a major advantage.
• CSS.
• WCF
• Linq2Sql

Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Good level of English.
• Proven ability to work with a team to a common goal.
• Motivated, self starter with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Ability and desire to take ownership of their specialist area and be in order to help others achieve their goals.
• Ability to multi-task and change gears quickly as urgent issues arise.
