We search for Senior Business Process System Analysts with strong knowledge and working experience in:

General Skills and Exeprience:

• Understanding of software development company functioning;
• Understanding of process management concept;
• Project management experience
• People Leaderships and Teambuilding
• PC an MS office skills proficiency

Special skills:
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Detail orientation;
• Ability to learn and adapt;
• Requirement analysis and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• English speaking proficient-level or advance.

Special Requirements:
• Capability of 3+ months till 1 year onsite being/work by L1 visa
• Frequent business trips abroad (basically US): 5-10/year
• 5+ IT experience in offshore development company
• Previous proven success in analysis area
• BABOK 1.6/2.0 standard knowledge
• System Analysis and Assessments skills and experience

Desirable (not necessary) skills:

• Business process definition and improvement
• Business process reengineering;
• Business process modeling tools;
• Working experience in BPM modeling and design: e.g. ARIS, Intalio, etc. Knowledge of BSC and KPI concepts and techniques is a plus
• Six sigma knowledge
• CMMI knowledge
• Zachman framework knowledge
• Enterprise Analysis level view
• Good abstraction and association possibilities
