Samsung R&D center is hiring experienced C++ engineers and Android developers.


FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and development of advanced technology concepts and platform independent C++ & J2SE applications.



QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of commercial software development in C++/C after university graduation.
• Knowledge of standard software development practices including OO Design / Analysis. Design patterns.
• Knowledge of classic algorithms, ability to analyze tasks, contribute new designs, and develop own algorithms.
• Interprocess communication and Multithreaded application development experience is desired.
• Experience with Version Control Systems (Subversion, MS Team System, etc.).
• Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adjust to rapidly changing environment.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.



Highly desired:


• Experience with recognition systems, 3D rendering or advanced computer graphics. (OpenGL / DirectX, etc.), image processing libraries, audio and video analysis.
AND/OR
• Skills of software development for Embedded devices, ARM platform.


Desired:

• Linux / Windows / WindowsCE experience.
• Cross platform development skills, experience with cross platform development.
• Experience with automated build systems.
