Senior consultant

Responsibilities:
• Participating in the consulting projects with leading Russian and foreign companies
• Guiding of project teams
• Development of financial economic and industrial economic models (budgeting, strategic, medium-term planning, management accounting, optimization)
• Development of training material
• Methodological support of implementation process of management tool (automation)
• Description of business processes, scheme of information flow, the development of regulations
• Participating in negotiations
Requirements:
• From 23 to 30 years
• Education: (economic, financial, technical)
• Experience in auditing, management consulting and real sector of the 2 years (in the "big four" of 1 year)
• Deep knowledge and experience in the area of strategic analysis, finance and marketing
• Experience in financial modeling
• Competent Russian speech, the ability to express thoughts using graphical and tabular forms
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of English language skills (reading, writing)
• Willingness to travel
