Senior Consultant - International Assignment Solutions

The Opportunity:
Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Senior Consultant for our International Assignment Solutions Group within the TLS department.

The Role:
• Take responsibility in creating and maintaining successful client relationships including generating new business from existing clients and attracting new clients
• Anticipate and efficiently resolve complex tax issues for local and multinational clients
• Ensure high quality of the technical expertise, aim to exceed client expectations with respect to deliverables
• Enhance, supervise and retain a strong motivated team of professionals including setting up development goals, providing timely and constructive feedback, coaching and delegating
• Ensure compliance of activities with technical and risk management requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• 2-4 years of successful Consulting experience in taxation of individuals in Ukraine and international assignments administration
• Higher education in Finance, Economics, Mathematics
• Strong analytical abilities
• Ability to lead and work in a team, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results. Existing people management experience is a plus
• Excellent English language, as well as Ukrainian/Russian
• Communication and presentation skills
• Strong motivation and success orientation
