Senior Java Developer

EPAM Systems (www.epam.com), one of the largest Software Engineering Services Companies in European IT market, CMMI Level 4 certified, is looking for Senior Java Developer for its Lviv Office.

We are looking for people:
- Open to Agile, Pair Programming, Test Driven development. Accepting change as part of the process. Willingness to try developing software in a non-traditional waterfall way.
- Dynamic and dedicated;
- With commercial development experience;
- With deep knowledge and practical experience in Java and J2EE technologies
- Have 3+ years of actual J2EE experience
- Ability to develop architecture with high and low level design of applications and reusable services
- With fluent English

Programming background:

- J2EE – Servlets, EJB, JMS,
- JSP, Struts, Swing,
- Application server experience: JBoss, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere
- Enterprise Service Bus experience: Oracle ESB, BEA Aqua Logic ...
- Clustered application environment
- XML, XSL
- XDoclet, EJBDoclet (optional)
- Hibernate, JDO (optional)
- SOA experience (optional)
- Workflow (BPEL, WLI, MQ, OSWorkflow) experience (optional)
- Oracle database
Tools:
- Eclipse
- Version control systems: Rational ClearCase, CVS, Subversion
- Modeling tools: Enterprise Architect, Rational XDE/Rose
- Bug tracking systems

Documentation:
- Understanding and ability to create IT-specific documentation in English
- UML diagrams
- Use case description
