The responsibilities of Senior .NET Developer are:
- communication with customer (requirements, technical issues),
- making requirements,
- estimation of efforts,
- architecture and design of the project,
- responsibility for the quality of the project

Requirements:
1. Profound knowledge of .NET technologies (C#, WCF, ASP.NET, WinForms), minimum of 3 year work experience
2. Profound knowledge of Silverlight
3. Knowledge of relational DB, database management system
4. Clear understanding and practical implementation of the object oriented analysis and design, design patterns, corporate system architecture, knowledge of UML
5. Understanding the process of commercial software development, program life-cycle stages, reporting
6. Knowledge of English: reading and writing technical documentation, ability to take part in conference calls with customer

Preferred skills:
1. Knowledge of Windows Workflow Foundation
2. Personal traits: analytical thinking, responsibility, sociability, ability to work in team, attention to details
3. Knowledge of German
