Noc engineer (duty system administrator)

NOC Engineer

Our client is leading company which provides management solutions of message delivery (including a mass and business mailing). They are looking for professional NOC engineer (System administrator).

Main Requirements:
-3+ years of Linux System Administration;
-1+ years of Troubleshooting network problems;
-Excellent understanding of email messaging process on all levels (smtp, imap, pop3, MPLS, spam filtering);
-Practical experience with Zabbix, Nagios would be an advantage;
-Operational experience with JIRA, OTRS;
-Advanced English level (verbal and written skills).

Main responsibilities:
-Providing pro-active monitoring and maintaining service for software platform;
-Continuous and frequent systems backup;
-Customer support desk of 3rd level.

-Competitive salary offer (1300-2000$);
-2 Working shifts: 8:00 – 20:00 (day shift) and 20:00 – 08:00 (night shift); after this you have 2 holidays.
-Bonus system based upon monthly salary percentage and paid every quarter of year.
