Currently we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our recruitment team.
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Professional Requirements:
• 2+ years of recruitment experience in IT (preferably in outsourcing)
• experience in candidate selection, interviewing and evaluation process
• knowledge of direct search and headhunting techniques
• ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• good understanding of job market
• experience in communication with foreign clients
• advanced English skills
