Site Design Manager

Responsibilities:
1.To participate in bidding projects on responding to bid in order to provide Bill of Quantity to other department for further process.
2.To select and complete the right site model for different project
3.To give the reasonable configuration according to the actual project on the CME part
4.To make out the concerning requirement or specification in line with the requirement of different customer and different project.
5.To build and update site model on local market;
6.Review the tender drawings, review the design and recommend modifications to optimize the design;
7.Establish civil work design standard aiming to save cost and meet customer’s requirements and quality standard;
8.civil work design if needed;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above majoring in Civil Work Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
2.At least 5 years of CME or Civil Work designing and engineering experience, understands the relative fundamentals.
3.Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
4.Smooth English
5.Frequent business trips will be required.
