Site Supervision Engineer

Responsibilities:
1.Be involved in the whole site management process from site acquisition to site acceptance.
2.Supervises all civil works and erection activities,
3.supervises the equipment installation activities,
4.check the material quantity and quality;
5.Develop a close relationship with site owners; establish the contact list of site owners.
6.Manages to meet quality and safety requirements,
7.Controls site works progress by reference to project plan,
8.Deals with unexpected events,
9.Issues periodical progress reports,
10.Calls periodical coordination meetings with subcontractors.
11.Makes sure that all control file, including level reports, reference axis position, erection completion certificate files, are build up,
12.Ensure that the punch lists are properly established and followed-up,
13.Reports to regional project manager;

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in civil engineering,
2.One year’s working experience
3.Be strict and rigorous with safety and quality related issues;
4.Good communication skills, organization and coordination skills
5.Good knowledge of MS Office software ;
6.English as a working language.
7.Willing to work hard and go on frequent business trip.
