Software architect/technical lead (.net)

AltexSoft, a software R&D company that provides software engineering and IT Consulting services is looking for Software Architect/Technical Lead for Kharkov office.

Required skills:
• 4+ years’ experience in .NET development (strong C# knowledge);
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET 4.0;
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and software architecture principles;
• Experience in code refactoring and optimizations;
• Experience in team leadership and/or project management;
• Strong skills in client communication in English (written and spoken, at least intermediate level);
• Strong knowledge of iterative and/or Agile development processes/approaches;
• Willingness to participate in internal company processes establishment and improving.

Desired skills:
• Practical experience in WCF;
• Practical experience in Silverlight/WPF will be a plus;
• Practical experience in project documentation creation: Software Requirements Specification, Architecture and design specification, Deployment Guide, User Guide, etc.;
• Ability to guide and teach developers.
