Recruiting company NRG, which is specialized in search, valuation and selection of personnel on the territory of Ukraine and CIS countries, is seeking to fill a vacant position of Staff recruitment consultant, Kiev

Main responsibilities:

- Development of the entrusted labor market direction: selling our services, negotiating with clients, signing cooperation agreements;
- Maintaining search and recruiting orders;
- Searching and interviewing candidates;
- Valuation and selection of applicants;
- Prepare presentation materials according to the standards of company;
- Customer Support

Requirements:

- Work experience in administrative or personnel sphere; experience in sales, additional knowledge of marketing and management is welcomed;
- Successful experience in recruitment in the direction of Production and Finance is welcomed (external, internal recruitment);
- University degree;
- Strong computer skills;
- English - fluent, knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;
- Client oriented;
- Desire to build a career in HR direction;
- High efficiency;
- Desire to learn and develop;

Preference will be given to candidates in age from 27 to 32 years
