Subject matter expert

Currently we have an opening for Managed Services Subject Matter Expert. It is a long term contract position (6 months) in IT Company. The job presupposes relocation to Asia or Africa.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above in telecommunication field or equivalent.
At least 10 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M are preferred.
At least 5 years large project/dept management experience with good track records. Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferred.
Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC, Field maintenance, network performance management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, IN/VAS, resource transfer management (people and asset).
Mature and positive attitudes; strong sense of quality; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.

Personal characteristics:

Energetic and studious; be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language.
