Supply chain/logistics coordinator

SKILLS:
• Must be fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English languages, another language is a plus
• Must have self motivation and discipline. Must posse excellent interpersonal skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to motivate and lead others without prompting
• Excellent mathematics and process flow skills
• Ability to interact with diverse cultures
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative recommendations and solutions
• Ability to conceive, promote and facilitate progressive change within oneself and the overall business operating environment
• Excellent planning, organizing, leadership, team and project management skills

EXPERIENCE:
• Five years experience in a Logistics/Inventory Management Environment with extensive knowledge of Oracle or related Inventory Management Systems (preferably in international company).
• Experience operating PC workstation in a Windows environment. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, database and graphics.


EDUCATION:
• Higher education. Community College or equivalent in business related field is desirable.
