2. Candidate prerequisites
Basic Skills / Knowledge
3 years of IT Industry
1,5 year experience as analyst in different application development\maintenanse\support projects
• Strong analytical mindset
• Working understanding of UNIX/Solaris/Linux
• Technical understanding of Oracle/SQL
• Good knowledge of SQL language
• Experience in working with global teams
• Change management
• Code release / deployment
• ITIL aligned service management experience
• Support of large application platforms including troubleshooting and issue tracking
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively analyze tickets / incidents and communicate to users on more details
• Proactive in finding problems, defining and implementing solutions for them
• Ability to work in shifts
• Fluent English
