System analyst/pm

CorePartners (www.corepartners.com) is an American software service and product company with offices in USA, Russia and Kiev (Ukraine). CorePartners offers software consulting, custom software development and integration services. In addition to IT services CorePartners develops, sells and supports inventory & asset management software. We are starting search for an System Analyst.

Responsibilities:
Write and maintain functional use cases for detailed customer business requirements
Write SRS for development team in Kiev
Manage small team of developers
Work closely with customers and internal Analysts to document detailed business flows
Map customer business requirements into product architecture

Required Skills:
Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Bachelor in Computer Science or related degree.
Experience as a System Analyst on commercial projects from 3 years,
Methodologies RUP and RAD, UML, proficient in MS Project, Visio. Scrum, Agile is a plus.
Ability to balance work load across personal assignments and providing technical leadership to the project team (from 3 people and more).
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to foreign customers, project members.
Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
