System support engineers

Skelia invites System Support Engineers (ref: VI-SE-SA03) for long-term and full-time employment at its service center in Lviv, Ukraine.

YOUR PROFILE

- Higher education in computer science/technical field

- Over 2 years of technical support experience (hardware, software)

- Expert in Windows server 2003, 2008

- Experience with Citrix XenApp

- Knowledge of Presentation Server, XenDesktop and XenServer is a plus

- Knowledge of SQL Server and Active Directory

- Knowledge and troubleshooting expertise of VMware and virtualization technologies is a plus

- Expertise in configuring switches and routers (Cisco and Alcatel)

- Good level of written and spoken English

- Polish knowledge is a plus

- Ability to multitask effectively

- High communications skills and customer oriented abilities

- Problem solving and analytical thinking skills

YOUR  MISSION

You will be responsible for:

-  monitoring and managing (virtual) servers and infrastructure in European and Middle-East facilities

- configuring and supporting technical projects such as Citrix, WLAN projects, Active Directory and other technical projects

- solving end user problems and support IT organization in Poland with proactive ticket resolving attitude
