Systems (business) analyst

One of Ukraine’s leading financial services company is inviting talented and highly motivated systems (business) analyst to join our team working on a program of core business systems applications refactoring and development. Our core business system is a sophisticated all-around CRM solution with extended auxiliary functionality, which we aim to bring to next level of flexibility, scalability and efficiency.
Our development:
At this stage we have successfully completed development and refactoring of unified platform architecture (distributed software system) and a series of agent workplaces based on it. Currently we have a lined up pipeline of more than 30 development projects which relate to the following elements of our CRM system:
• Agent workflow automation and action registration integrated with PBX systems
• Supervisor, automated decision-making and caseflow management systems
• Data parsing, cleansing, enrichment and quality management systems
• Integration with variable data printing, SMS, IVR, e-mail campaigns functionality
• Data warehouse with multiple reporting, analysis and monitoring features
• Administrative, HR and financial accounting components

Samples from our project pipeline:

• Develop three-tiered web-based multiuser agent module as an integral part of our CRM using unified workflow and architecture principles
• Develop client-server data management system with uploading, search and processing functions (complex customizable, rule-driven data parsing, cleansing, enrichment and quality management algorithms)
• Develop design of back office business process design and choose or evaluatea solution for automating
Professional Requirements:

• Experience with business requirement gathering, analysis, project documentation preparation systems documentation. (Preferable BABOK v2 knowledge)
• Experience with development/ implementation or redesign of CRM, ERP or Call Center Systems. (Experience as analyst in customer service oriented projects will beadvantage)
• Several successfully completed projects will be an advantage. (Reference list may be required.)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and software development methodologies
• Familiarity with the following technologies would be a plus:

o GUI: Mockups design in MS Visio or Blend
o Business processes definition & design: BizAgi, Mind manager etc.
o Languages: C#, SQL, XML/XSLT, base JavaScript, UML

• Technical English is a must, fluent English is a plus
