Team Leader Senior developer (Architecture and Database focus)

Ainstainer Group is looking for person with next skills:

1. 5+ years development experience
2. Minimum 2 years experience in outsourcing teams
3. Advance English skills: both speaking and writing

Have many years of practical experience and completed projects in the following areas, can teach other team members about the specific area:
1.MySQL
2.Object-oriented programming

Have practical experience in following areas and have several completed projects:
1. PHP
2. Front-end/JavaScript
3. Unit testing
4. Agile/Iterative processes

Has worked with Ruby in different projects.

Experience in Cloud based systems is an advantage.

Job description:
Lead the team on technical decisions and be the primary person on the outsourcing team related to the architecture of the systems.
Work with Scrum master tasks in the development team, facilitate and improve the team’s productivity
