Job Description:

• Be creative, and specialize in open market of sell-in, sell-through, sell-out;
• Gather and analyze market information, then output report;
• Plan for local channel product ,Promotion ,brand strategy and execute it;
• Find opportunity and enlarge market share;
• Expand local distributors and retailers;
• Competition management;
• Channel stock management;

Job Requirements:

• Excellent sales experience in telecom equipment with proven sales record.
• Work experience on relevant position not less than 5 years
• Good understanding of end user equipment market - key customers, competitors, products, market trends etc.
• Has strong ability to develop the customers' relationship, who has some customer resource or with channels or distributors work background have the priority.
• Strong negotiation skills and good interpersonal understanding.
• Readiness for business trips.
