Test Automation Lead (Java) (Testing Automation)

Responsibilities:
• Higher Technical education
• Experience as a developer (Java SE) is a plus.
• Experience in testing software and knowledge of technologies and methodologies of quality control;
• Knowledge of Java SE 5, JavaScript, XML, HTML DOM;
• Understanding of technologies SOAP, JMS;
• Knowledge of technical English ( reading, writing technical documentation);
• Knowledge of Software:
o Test tools: Selenium, HtmlUnit, JMeter, soapUI;
o SVN, ClearCase - BugManagement Systems.
Qualification:
• Organization of testing software program facilities on the project
• Development of strategy of the automated testing and updating the existing strategy
• Planning the process of automation, processing documentation and reporting
• Choice of tools and development of design of the automated testing
• Realization of basic functionality of autotests
• Organization of work of automation team: studies, involving new resources, control of work implementation.
• Joining an existing project QA team to the process of testing with the help of software facilities.
