Test engineer

Skelia invites Test Engineer (ref: EB-TE-03) for long-term full-time employment at its service center in Lviv, Ukraine.

You will have the opportunity and challenge to be a part of the extension team of Belgium provider of high-level IT Infrastructure Solutions and Services for small and medium businesses.

YOUR PROFILE

- Higher education in computer science/technical field

- 2-3 years of professional experience as QA Engineer/Tester

- Knowledge of QA methodologies and testing tools

- Experience in preparing of documentation and execution of test cases

- Knowledge and experience in test automation

- Strong capacity to learn new business and systems

- High level of oral and written English

- Team player with very good communication skills

- Creativity, flexibility and strong analytical skills

- Experience with databases, TMap, JIRA, Agile/Scrum, experience with Telerik Test studio as a plus

YOUR  MISSION

You are responsible for creating test specifications, executing test cases and reporting any issues:

- preparing and executing well-structured alpha, smoke, integration and regression testing;

- reporting any deviations from the plan and specifications;

- managing the defects and the test results.

You will use different test design techniques like data combination testing, exploratory testing; use different quality attributes to measure the quality like usability, user friendliness, flexibility, security, performance etc.

You will create, manage and run automated tests to simplify the test process.

You will execute dynamic and static tests.

You will test in different environments.
