Test lead

Itera Consulting Ukraine is looking for highly experienced Test Lead for the project for Scandinavian customer, to be responsible for overall testing within new project.

Client is a large company which underwrites Nordic corporations globally by means of a highly professional service organization. It provides a broad range of HR solution products for large number of corporate and individual clients.

Qualified candidate has to be initiative, fast learning person that can quickly grasp technical aspects of the specified industry.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Define Test Strategy/Approach for the project
• Perform requirements analysis and testing
• Provide estimates of test efforts needed
• Perform test planning for each iteration
• Perform test design in sufficient form and maintain it
• Perform continuous manual testing and bug tracking
• Agree and perform acceptance testing procedure with client
• Perform continuous impact analysis in case of changes
• Continuously encourage team to improve quality of deliverables

Professional requirements:

• At least 3 year experience within software testing
• Experience of doing overall QA&Testing on project, from start to end
• Strong knowledge of bug tracking, collaboration, knowledge sharing tools
• Experience of web applications testing
• UI testing under different browsers
• Offshoring projects experience
• Experience of work in distributed environment
• Experience of direct communication with client

Is a plus:

• Experience of work accordingly SCRUM methodology
• Knowledge of HR domain
