Requirements:

MS/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent;
3-5 years of experience in software testing and/or development;
Solid experience as a Test Leader;
Thorough knowledge of test structure, test environments, tools and techniques;
Experience in working with DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and strong SQL knowledge;
Experience with Unix-like OS;
Quality Assurance processes knowledge;
Test automation experience will be an advantage;
Working experience in telecommunication will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Participation in test strategies development and deployment;
Coordination of test activities with project groups;
Active collaboration with the customer;
Reviewing and creating test plans;
Reviewing and verification of individual test designs/test cases;
Utilizing metrics for evaluation of test team performance;
Participation in the improvements of the test team performance.
