Training & development specialist
The Training & Development Specialist participates in the design, development and delivery of innovative training solutions for SysIQ UA.
Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Develop consistent and practical training solutions for SysIQ UA and its chapters.
- Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of the training curriculum.
- Design and produce e-learning modules.
- Schedule Conference Calls and other needed resources for field training events as needed.
- Provide setup and delivery support for training events.
- Monitor day to day activities to ensure deadlines are being met and progress on track for training delivery.
- Maintain the training and communication calendar to prevent duplication or cross-over of events.
- Coordinate development of training materials between trainers to ensure consistency.
- Coordinate materials and resources for and participate in training events.
- Track and report on results for training programs including internal training progress.
- Commitment requires demonstration of professionalism, accountability, customer/client focus, and teamwork
Requirements:
- Higher education (pedagogical, sociological, psychological education is a plus);
- 2-3 years of experience in coordination and conduction of training activities, preferably in the international business environment;
- Trainer experience is mandatory;
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills as well as effective presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Manage competing priorities and complete tasks within deadlines;
- Detail oriented;
- Highly motivated, self-starter attitude;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Advanced English is a must.
