Training manager

Our client, a large foreign trade manufacturing FMCG company, steadily and rapidly growing on Ukrainian market, opens a vacancy for the post of Training Manager, Kiev
Key responsibilities:
- Annual and quarterly training planning for the employees and distributors based on needs in the development or improvement of specific skills;
- Planning and conducting training, seminars and training activities according to the approved plan for the territory of Ukraine;
- Identification and analysis of staff training needs through various methods and techniques;
- Analysis of feedback after the training.
Requirements for applicants:
- Higher education;
- From 3 years experience in the position of a coach in major western companies;
- Proven track record and experience in HRM;
- Knowledge and experience in system planning of the learning process in the company;
- English language - fluent (IS A MUST);
- Experienced PC user: MS Office, Power Point
- Leadership.
