Venue accreditation manager

Local Organizing Committee EURO 2012 UKRAINE in cooperation with UEFA is currently looking for a Venue Accreditation Manager (Kharkiv).

Purpose of the position:
To ensure the smooth implementation of the accreditation operations in Kharkiv venue, following guidelines from the UEFA Accreditation Project.
To run the process of issuance of accreditation passes in Kharkiv venue in a secure and fast manner.

Main accountabilities:

• setting up, running and dismantling an Accreditation Centre, including stock management, reporting to UEFA Accreditation HQ, training of volunteers;
• training and leading a team composed of volunteers and one paid staff member;
• implementing an accreditation system (zoning and Supplementary Access Devices) system in the respective stadium following guidelines from the UEFA Accreditation Project;
• liaison with Volunteer Management with regards to the volunteers in the Accreditation Centre;
• implementing UEFA's customer service policy in the Accreditation Centre;
• collaborating with Access Management Project and ICT;
• reporting to HQ using the Tournament Reporting System.

Major requirements:

• higher education;
• 2+ years of relevant experience in events/customer service;
• project management experience in large-scale live events is a plus;
• good experience in working with the databases/online booking systems;
• well-developed ability to quickly familiarize oneself with a new software;
• advanced PC user (MS Office, MS Project);
• native Ukrainian and fluent English.
