eLancer Wanted TechnoPark Corp. is a US corporation with software development centers in Russian (Moscow) and Ukraine (Dnepropetrovsk). We provide offshore software development for e-commerce and business applications with Java, PHP and Microsoft .Net. We utilize RUP and XP best practices and are pending CMMI Level 3 certification on April, 2007. 50+ in-house programmers, project managers and testers together with SQA group are working with 10-12 concurrent projects for USA and EU customers. We’re looking for young, motivated and enthusiastic person to fit an ‘eLancer’ position in our team. eLancer will accomplish a number of pre‐sales procedures: 1. Browse free-lance sites and find appropriate software development projects 2. Communicate with potential clients 3. Review project description and prepare business proposals 4. Take participation in contracting Rules, policies and standards will be provided in introduction documentation. Initial learning of candidate will take 2 weeks. Key requirements for candidate are: • Strong English communication skills • IT or computer education • Experienced Internet user (web, email, IM) • 4+ dedicated hours daily • Fast home internet connection (ADSL is preferred) Compensation will totally depend on efforts spent.
