MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The systematic collection, registration, processing, analyzing and reporting various accounting statements and reports. Assist to Chief Accountant in performance her duties. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Bank operations: - preparation of all bank orders and documents - controlling and collection of the requests properly done for such payments 2. Local reports to authorities - preparation of Income Tax Declaration (on quarterly base), municipal tax reports, and other reports non-connected to confidential (salary) information - delivery of all local reports to tax authorities 3. Sales - collection of sales data (real sales, forecasts, targets, budgets etc) from sales personnel - preparation of tables and diagrams for PD and total for (once per month) - invoices to PDs outside Ukraine 4. Treasury - Loan processing - corporate card account dealings - cash flow MAIN REQUIREMENTS TO A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: - Higher education - Min 2 years experience - Fluent English - Working knowledge of SAP - Knowledge of 1-C - Knowledge of Ukrainian Statutory & Tax regulations - Analytical skills - Good team player
