We are seeking a skilled support engineer who can join our team in Lviv office. Mandatory requirements: - Ability to understand software functionality and business reasons behind the software product; - Good analytical and problem solving skills; - Attentiveness and responsibility; - Ability to switch easily between different tasks; - Good knowledge of MS Windows 9x/2000/XP, Windows 2000 server, 2003 server OS-es; - Good knowledge of SQL, MS SQL administration, Web servers configuration; - Good English writing and comprehension skills. Optional requirements: Work experience in technical support or system administration.
